Midwestern State University and the Career Management Center would like to invite you to the fall 2010 MSU Career Expo to be held on Friday, October 22. The event will take place in the D.L. Ligon Coliseum from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The Career Expo is open to all MSU students and alumni. Representatives can begin set up at 8:30 a.m. with student registration beginning at 10:00 a.m. Continental breakfast and hors d'vourves will be served at your leisure from 8:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

Sponsorship Levels

We gladly welcome those who would like to be a sponsor of the MSU Career Expo. As a Maroon or Gold Sponsor, your organization will receive additional benefits outside of the standard registration.

Maroon Level ($500) -
Early Bird ($475)

· Booth placement near entrance of expo
· Full page ad & logo included in employer guide
· Unlimited recruiters may attend
· Free electricity
· Special sponsor recognition at career expo
· Increased advertisement as career expo approaches

· Employer continental breakfast and hors d'vourves Sponsor

Gold Level ($300) -
Early Bird ($275)

· Half page ad & logo included in employer guide
· Unlimited recruiters may attend
· Free electricity
· Special sponsor recognition at career expo
· Increased advertisement as career fair approaches

Standard Registration - Early Bird ($75)

As a standard registration participant, the fee is $85 and includes:

        · One draped eight foot table with chairs
        · Continental breakfast and hors d'vourves for two representatives from youR organization

Standard registrants can also request:
        · Electricity - $10                       · Additional representatives beyond two - $10 each

How to Register for the MSU Fall 2010 Career Expo:

Step 1: Visit www.mwsu.edu/career

Step 2: Click on MSU Fall 2010 Career Expo logo

Step 3: Log-in to the MustangsHIRE System

Registered User - Enter your Username and Password then click LOGIN

New User - Create an account by clicking the "Click Here to Register" underneath the Login button. Follow instructions on each page to create an account on MustangsHIRE.

Step 4: Click on the Career Events menu.
Step 5: You will see a list of all current Career Events (Career Expo, Education Career Expo, etc.) by clicking on the "Search" button. You will look for fall 2010 Career Expo.

Step 6: To view details or register, click on the Career Event's name.

Step 7: Fill out your profile and select the appropriate fees.
